Zuwarah Marina (32°56'N., 12°07'E.) (World Port Index No. 45350), a village, lies 24 miles SE of Ras at Talijah and is fronted by a small harbor. This harbor has depths of 4 to 5m and is formed by two moles. Shoals and irregular depths lie in the approaches and it is only entered by small vessels with local knowledge. A light is shown from a framework structure standing on a peninsula close W of the harbor.
