Zoutsteiger Pier (12°05'N., 68°17'W.) is a T headed pier situated 4 miles S of Kralendijk. The pier is restricted to the loading of salt. Vessels of up to 40,000 dwt can be accommodated alongside in a depth of 13.7m. Pilotage is compulsory. The pilot boards 1.5 miles W of the pier.
