Wailingding Dao (Wai ling Ting) (22°06'N., 114°02'E.) is a rugged island that rises to 343m near its center. A natural boat harbor indents the W side of the island. Needle Rocks, 1.5m high, lie close together about 0.15 mile SW of the NW end of the island. Vessels should give a wide berth to the dangerous rocks lying 0.8 mile E of the N extremity of this island. Sanmen Liedao (San men Lie tao) is a group of islands and rocks centered 3 miles SSW of Wailingding Dao.
