Teching Dao (Ta ch'ing Tao) (21°09'N., 110°25'E.) is about the same size as Tung t'ou Shan, but is more regular in shape and lies 3.2 miles N. It lies on the E side of the main channel close E of the tanker piers. The island is cultivated and sup ports some villages. Hsi Chiao is the W extremity of Teching Dao. A drying bank extends 1.2 miles SE of the island.
