RAS KURKURAH

Ras Kurkurah (31°28'N., 20°00'E.), a low and rocky point, forms the N end of a small bay and is fronted by above water rocks which extend up to 0.2 mile seaward. It is surmounted by the low ruins of a castle. Sheltered anchorage can be taken, in a depth of 6m, about 0.8 mile SE of the point.
