PUNTA SAN PEDRO

Punta San Pedro (28°03'N., 111°16'W.), 160m high, is a bold and rocky headland located 22 miles SW of Estero de Tastiota. This headland forms the NW entrance point of Bahia de San Pedro, a small and sheltered bay. Anchorage, sheltered from NW winds, can be taken by vessels with local knowledge, in a depth of 9m, about midway between the entrance points of this bay.
