Ko Khram Yai (12°42'N., 100°47'E.) is separated from the mainland by Chong Khram, which is about 1.7 miles wide. The S extremity of Ko Khram Yai lies 4 miles WNW of Laem Pu Chao, and the island rises to an elevation of 233m near its S end.
