Islas Gemelos (44°02'S., 73°53'W.) lies midway between the SE end of Isla Betecoi and the N extremity of Isla Sierra, about 6.5 miles WSW. Above and below water rocks extend almost 0.3 mile N from Islas Gemelos and should not be approached within 0.5 mile. A rock, with a depth of less than 1.8m, lies about 0.9 mile SW of the W end of Islas Gemelos.
