Stack Rock lies close offshore midway between Bare Bluff andGreen Bluff (30°07'S., 153°13'E.). The town of Woolgoolga is situated on the latter bluff, which is a low saddleback point. A conspicuous tank stands 0.2 mile SW of Green Bluff.
