GHASETATAAURO ROCK

The coast between Ghasetataauro Rock (Gasetataturo) (7°55'S., 159°12'E.) NW to Cape Megapode has not been examined. It breaks for several bays and is fronted by many dangerous reefs and shoals. Vessels passing along this coast are recommended to keep at least 8 miles offshore.
