Location

This anchorage is just off the Fernandina Beach waterfront and hard by flashing daybeacon #12. There is sufficient room for vessels as large as 50 feet in a minimum depth of 6 feet of water. Weather protection is Fair, wide open to southwestern and, to a lesser extent, northeastern breezes.
