Fo-to-kang-tao (Ch’i-t’ou Yang) (29°48'N., 122°04'E.) is the body of water lying between Liuheng Dao and Meishan Dao, a large, rather low and well-cultivated island which, rising from surrounding areas of drying mud flats, lies to the NW and separated from the mainland by a narrow, unnavigablechannel.
