Canal de Keller (Canal Kellett) (27°58'N., 115°13'W.) leads between the N end of Isla Natividad and Isla Cedros. This passage is 8 miles wide and deep. It is clear of dangers, but a bank, with depths of less than 18.3m, extends up to about 2.5 miles S from the S end of Isla Cedros. A shoal patch, with a depth of 9.1m, lies near the S edge of this kelpcovered bank, about 5.3 miles N of the N end of Isla Natividad. Vessels using this passage are advised to favor the S side.
