Andros Town (24°43'N., 77°47'W.) is at the entrance to the somewhat extensive Fresh Creek and within an area under development for the tourist trade. Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Andros Island, has its base station about 1.5 miles to the SE. The area is restricted. A number of lights are also shown within the area.
