Akra Pappas (Akra Araxos) (38°13'N., 21°22'E.) is located 20 miles NE of Akra Killinis. The coast between is low, sandy, and backed by wooded and cultivated land. This point is marked by a light and shoals, with depths of less than 11m, extend up to 1 mile seaward of it. A dangerous wreck and a wreck, with a depth of 16m, lie about 1.2 miles and 3 miles WSW, respectively, of Akra Pappas.
